ARE YOUR MEASUREMENTS ACCURATE?
Beware of home measuring companies that measure ONLY WITH A CAMERA. To ensure accuracy, we measure "HANDS-ON" with camera created 2D floor plans.
​NEW SERVICE: Save yourself time and gas.... Don't drive long distances just to put up a sign and lockbox for your new listing. WE CAN DO IT FOR YOU. Ask for this service when making your reservations.
​*** Travel fees are not included in the Measurement Prices Advertised. A travel fee is charged for each property location from my home in Fort Mill, SC. A minimum of $10 travel fee is charged for each appointment. Total Price Quotes Available Upon Request when you submit your online appointment request. Please request your price quote in the notes section at the bottom of the SCHEDULE page and I will provide the total amount charged based on the information you provide for the property before you accept the calendar Invitation. The total price could change if the total sq. ft. measured is more than what you have provided. All pricing is based on Total Measured sq. ft. and Travel Fee.
An additional fee of UP TO $50 MAY be charged for ALL Custom Built Homes that require additional time to measure. Ask for details when making your appointment.
2D Black & White Detailed Floor Plans Services
2D Black/White Detailed Floor Plans provide a detailed floor plan that shows a full layout of property walls and interior details (estimated room dimensions, stairs, appliances, doors, windows and kitchen/bathroom equipment).
This plan gives your prospective buyers a full view of the layout of the home.
Homes are measured "hands-on" for accuracy and the floorplan is created with the use of a camera. Floor Plans are offered with or without a photo. A photo of the home on the floor plan is included when ANY Photo Package is requested with your floor plan request. Approximate time for measuring is 1 hour and 30 minutes. See prices below.

Basic Measuring Services
​Basic Measuring provides a measurement and a diagram of the outside dimensions of the home. Room locations, doors and stair locations are added to the diagram. Measuring garages, decks, porches and patios attached to the home is included for pricing total square footage measured. There is NO CHARGE FOR MEASURING storage buildings and barns from the outside.
